These 2 Ingredient Bagels are light, fluffy, and incredibly easy to make. With just self-rising flour and Greek yogurt, enjoy delicious bagels ready in no time for breakfast or a snack!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix flour and yogurt in a bowl until a sticky dough forms.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Cut dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each into a bagel.
  • Place bagels on the baking sheet, ensuring space between each.
  • Mix egg and water to create an egg wash and brush on bagels.
  • Bake for 22 minutes; then increase heat to 450°F and bake for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let cool before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature Greek yogurt for easier mixing.
Knead the dough gently to avoid tough bagels.
Feel free to add toppings like sesame seeds or cheese before baking.
