This 4-Way Dip is a crowd-pleaser with its cheesy goodness and flavorful layers. With chicken, creamy cheese, and tangy sauces, it’s perfect for any gathering or quick snack.

- 2 (16.3-oz.) tubes biscuit dough
- 4 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 c. finely grated parmesan
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 c. shredded mozzarella
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cooked chicken
- 1/4 c. buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp. ranch dressing
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar, divided
- 3/4 c. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
- 1/2 c. chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. shredded gruyère
- 1/4 c. shredded monterey jack
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. finely grated parmesan
- pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 c. finely grated parmesan
- 1/4 c. ricotta
- 1 tsp. italian seasoning, divided
- 1/2 c. pizza sauce
- 1/4 c. mini pepperoni slices
- 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 jalapeños, seeded, finely chopped
- blue cheese crumbles, finely sliced chives, finely chopped fresh parsley, and torn fresh basil, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Cut each biscuit into four pieces and form them into balls, then arrange them on the baking sheet, creating quadrants.
- Brush the biscuit balls with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan and garlic powder.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese and mozzarella using a handheld mixer until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, spinach, artichokes, sour cream, gruyère, monterey jack, minced garlic, and parmesan until well blended, then season with red pepper flakes and italian seasoning.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the center of the baking sheet, within the biscuit quadrants.
- Top with pizza sauce, mini pepperoni, and further mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is bubbly, adjusting cooking time if necessary.

Can be prepared a day in advance and baked just before serving.
Ensure all frozen ingredients are thoroughly thawed and excess moisture is squeezed out.
