- 650 g (1.4 lb) chicken breast, cut in half lengthways
- 6 tsp paprika
- 6 tsp dark brown sugar
- 4 tsp garlic granules
- 3 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200℃/400F.
- Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthways to create thin fillets.
- In a bowl, mix the spices together to prepare the coating, then coat the chicken pieces well in the spice mix.
- Spray the air fryer basket with oil, then arrange the chicken in a single layer inside the basket.
- Cook the chicken for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fully cooked (check internal temperature if unsure).
Notes
Make sure to check the internal temperature of the chicken to ensure it has reached 75℃ (165F).
Experiment with different spices to customize the flavor to your liking.
Using thin fillets helps the chicken cook faster and more evenly.
