  • Ritz Crackers (16)
  • Christmas Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Unwrap the Andes mints and place in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave mints in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip Ritz cracker into melted Andes mints until fully covered.
  • Lift cracker out with a fork, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  • Place coated cracker on parchment paper and sprinkle with Christmas sprinkles immediately.
  • Let cookies sit to harden for about 10-15 minutes.
