Description

This Bailey’s Irish Cream Tiramisu is a delightful no-bake dessert that blends the richness of mascarpone with the boldness of espresso and Irish cream, making it perfect for gatherings or after-dinner treats. Easy to prepare, it features layers of flavor, ensuring every bite is a delicious experience.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream cold
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla instant pudding
  • â…” cup irish cream
  • 1 lbs mascarpone cheese room temp
  • 27 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup espresso
  • 2 tablespoon irish cream
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cold heavy cream, sugar, Irish cream, vanilla extract, and vanilla instant pudding. Mix until soft peaks form using an electric hand mixer.
  • Add the room-temperature mascarpone cheese and blend until smooth and creamy, being careful not to overmix to prevent curdling.
  • Prepare a quick espresso and Baileys mixture in a shallow bowl. Briefly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture (1-2 seconds), then arrange them in a single layer in a 13 by 9-inch baking dish.
  • Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the soaked ladyfingers, smoothing it out with a spatula.
  • Layer another set of dipped ladyfingers on top, followed by a thin layer of the mascarpone cream.
  • Transfer the remaining filling to a piping bag fitted with a round tip, and pipe dollops of cream over the thin layer of mascarpone.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to let the ladyfingers soften. Before serving, generously dust the tiramisu with cocoa powder.

Notes

For an extra flavor boost, consider substituting coffee with a flavored espresso.
Ensure the mascarpone is at room temperature for smoother incorporation into the cream mixture.
Chilling the dessert overnight will enhance the flavors and texture.
