Ingredients
- Turkey Wings (4 1/2 lbs.)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
- Smoked Paprika (1 Tbsp)
- Lawry's Seasoning Salt (2 tsps)
- Garlic Powder (2 tsps)
- Onion Powder (2 tsps)
- Water or Chicken Stock (1 cup)
- Organic All-Purpose Flour (1 Tbsp)
- Whole Cranberries (1 cup)
- Thyme Sprigs (4)
- Pomegranate Juice (1 cup)
- Organic Brown Sugar (1/2 cup)
- Cornstarch (1 Tbsp)
- Warm Water (3 Tbsps)
- Lemon Slices (1, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking dish or griddle pan with oil or butter.
- Toss turkey wings with olive oil, smoked paprika, Lawry's seasoning salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Marinate for 30 minutes or longer.
- Arrange wings in the baking dish and pour a mixture of water or chicken stock and flour over them. Scatter cranberries and thyme around the wings.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 to 1.5 hours until cooked through and golden brown.
- Prepare the glaze by simmering pomegranate juice, cranberries, brown sugar, and optional lemon slices. Thicken with cornstarch mixture.
- Glaze the wings, uncover, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the glaze caramelizes. Let rest before serving.

Marinating the wings enhances the flavor and tenderness significantly.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Double the glaze ingredients if you prefer extra sauce.
