  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic
  • Chicken Broth
  • Cream Cheese
  • Fresh Chives
  • Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (optional)
  • Fresh Parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika, then sear in olive oil until golden brown.
  • Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet, then add chicken broth and reduce slightly.
  • Mix softened cream cheese with the broth and garlic until smooth, adding fresh chives.
  • Place chicken in the baking dish and pour over the cream cheese mixture. Optionally, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a golden crust.
