Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika, then sear in olive oil until golden brown.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet, then add chicken broth and reduce slightly.
- Mix softened cream cheese with the broth and garlic until smooth, adding fresh chives.
- Place chicken in the baking dish and pour over the cream cheese mixture. Optionally, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a golden crust.
