Description

Ingredients

  • Puff Pastry: One sheet, thawed if frozen
  • Brie Cheese: About 6 oz, cut into 24 small pieces
  • Fig Jam: 1/3 cup
  • Pecans: 1/3 cup, toasted and roughly chopped
  • Fresh Thyme Leaves: 1 tablespoon (optional)
  • Honey: 2 tablespoons for drizzling (optional)
  • Flaky Sea Salt: Just a pinch for finishing (optional)

Instructions

  • Toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
  • Roll out puff pastry, cut into 24 squares, and press into muffin tin cups.
  • Place a piece of brie in each cup, add fig jam, and sprinkle with pecans and thyme if using.
  • Bake for 16-17 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
