- Fig Jam: 1/3 cup
- Pecans: 1/3 cup, toasted and roughly chopped
- Fresh Thyme Leaves: 1 tablespoon (optional)
- Honey: 2 tablespoons for drizzling (optional)
- Flaky Sea Salt: Just a pinch for finishing (optional)
Instructions
- Toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
- Roll out puff pastry, cut into 24 squares, and press into muffin tin cups.
- Place a piece of brie in each cup, add fig jam, and sprinkle with pecans and thyme if using.
- Bake for 16-17 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Let cool for 3-5 minutes, drizzle with honey, sprinkle sea salt, and serve warm.
