Ingredients
- Brioche (1 loaf, about 14–16 ounces/400–450g)
- Large Eggs (4)
- Whole Milk (1 cup or 240ml)
- Maple Syrup (1 tablespoon)
- Pure Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon)
- Ground Cinnamon (1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon)
- Unsalted Butter (1–2 tablespoons)
- Toppings: cinnamon butter, maple syrup, powdered sugar, whipped cream, fresh berries, berry sauces
Instructions
- Slice the Brioche into 1-inch-thick pieces.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Dip each bread slice in the egg mixture for 5 to 10 seconds on each side.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium-low heat; cook bread slices for 3–4 minutes per side.
- Transfer cooked slices to a warm oven to keep warm until serving.
- Serve with your choice of toppings.
