- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup chopped candy cane pieces
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking pan with foil and spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat for 1 minute, stir, and continue heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Fold in chopped candy canes.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, smooth the top, and sprinkle with extra candy canes if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour, until set.
