This Candy Cane Fudge features creamy white chocolate and refreshing peppermint, making it a perfect holiday treat. It’s easy to prepare and a delightful addition to any gathering, gift, or festive celebration!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup chopped candy cane pieces

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking pan with foil and spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat for 1 minute, stir, and continue heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Fold in chopped candy canes.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, smooth the top, and sprinkle with extra candy canes if desired.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour, until set.

Notes

For longer storage, freeze fudge for up to 3 months, wrapping securely before freezing.
