- 1 pound ground beef
- ¼ cup yellow onion, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons hamburger seasoning

- 1 bag (10 to 12 ounces) tortilla chips
- 1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ cup dill pickles, finely diced
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, finely diced
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook ground beef and onion in vegetable oil until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Mix in mustard, hamburger seasoning, and garlic powder; cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Layer beef mixture over chips, then top with cheese.
- Bake for 7-9 minutes until cheese melts.
- Whisk together sauce ingredients; drizzle over nachos when done.
- Top with pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce. Serve immediately.
