Description

This Chicken Salad With Grapes combines tender chicken, sweet grapes, crunchy celery, and creamy dressing for a refreshing dish perfect for lunches or picnics.


Ingredients

  • Cooked Shredded Chicken Breasts (about 4 cups)
  • Red Seedless Grapes (2 cups, halved)
  • Celery (4 sticks, chopped)
  • Red Onion (half, finely chopped)
  • Chopped Walnuts (half a cup)
  • Mayonnaise (1 cup)
  • Lemon Juice (juice from one lemon)
  • Fresh Dill (two tablespoons, finely chopped)
  • Salt (¾ teaspoon)
  • Black Pepper (½ teaspoon)
  • Optional: Served on lettuce leaves or croissants

Instructions

  • Combine the shredded chicken, halved grapes, chopped celery, red onion, and walnuts in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir gently until well-coated.
  • Transfer the salad to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
