Ingredients
- Cooked Shredded Chicken Breasts (about 4 cups)
- Red Seedless Grapes (2 cups, halved)
- Celery (4 sticks, chopped)
- Red Onion (half, finely chopped)
- Chopped Walnuts (half a cup)
- Mayonnaise (1 cup)
- Lemon Juice (juice from one lemon)
- Fresh Dill (two tablespoons, finely chopped)
- Salt (¾ teaspoon)
- Black Pepper (½ teaspoon)
- Optional: Served on lettuce leaves or croissants
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, halved grapes, chopped celery, red onion, and walnuts in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir gently until well-coated.
- Transfer the salad to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
