Description

These Christmas Cookies and Cream Cookies are a delightful treat combining chewy cookie texture with rich Oreo bits and creamy white chocolate. Perfect for holiday gatherings, they’re easy to make and sure to please everyone!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened, at room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 Oreo or chocolate sandwich cookies (coarsely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  • Line baking sheets with parchment paper
  • Whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
  • Mix softened butter and sugar until fluffy; add egg and vanilla
  • Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until just combined
  • Fold in chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips
  • Scoop dough into balls and place on prepared sheets
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set and lightly golden
  • Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
For longer storage, freeze cookies in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months.
If dough is too sticky, refrigerate for 30 minutes before scooping.
