- 1 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened, at room temperature)
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10 Oreo or chocolate sandwich cookies (coarsely chopped)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper
- Whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
- Mix softened butter and sugar until fluffy; add egg and vanilla
- Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until just combined
- Fold in chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips
- Scoop dough into balls and place on prepared sheets
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set and lightly golden
- Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
