Description

Cowboy caviar is a vibrant, flavorful dip blending fresh tomatoes, black beans, and sweet corn. This versatile dish is great for parties, snacks, or as a topping for meats, making gatherings unforgettable with its refreshing taste.


Ingredients

  • Roma tomatoes
  • Red onion
  • Black beans (15 oz can)
  • Black-eyed peas (15 oz can)
  • Frozen corn kernels (10 oz)
  • Green bell pepper
  • Jalapeños
  • Cilantro
  • Olive oil (â…“ cup)
  • White wine vinegar (1 tablespoon)
  • Granulated sugar (1 tablespoon)
  • Lime (juiced)
  • Chili powder (½ teaspoon)
  • Garlic powder (¼ teaspoon)
  • Cayenne pepper (¼ teaspoon, optional)
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, sugar, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, and cayenne in a bowl.
