Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary, chopped
  • 1 loaf cranberry walnut bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Olive oil spray or cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Sauté onion in olive oil until translucent, add apple, garlic, and rosemary, cook briefly.
  • Toss cranberry walnut bread with sautéed mixture in a bowl.
  • Whisk together egg, cream, stock, salt, and pepper, then combine with bread.
