- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup cashew butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 1–2 tablespoons almond milk
- ¼ cup dried cranberries (chopped)
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix rolled oats, protein powder, and sea salt in a bowl.
- Add cashew butter, maple syrup, orange zest, vanilla, and ground ginger. Mix until combined.
- Fold in chopped cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop and roll mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Chill on a parchment-lined tray for 15-20 minutes.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days.
Can freeze for up to three months—thaw before enjoying.
