Description

These Cranberry Orange Protein Balls are a burst of flavor with every bite! With simple ingredients and quick prep, they make the ideal healthy snack that both kids and adults will love.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup cashew butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 12 tablespoons almond milk
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries (chopped)
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix rolled oats, protein powder, and sea salt in a bowl.
  • Add cashew butter, maple syrup, orange zest, vanilla, and ground ginger. Mix until combined.
  • Fold in chopped cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  • Scoop and roll mixture into bite-sized balls.
  • Chill on a parchment-lined tray for 15-20 minutes.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days.
