- 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and shredded cheddar until smooth.
- Fold in 1/2 cup cranberries, 1/2 cup pecans, and 1 tablespoon chives.
- Shape the mixture into a ball using plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
- Mix remaining cranberries, pecans, and chives on a plate.
- Remove cheese ball from fridge and roll it in the mixture to coat.
- Let the cheese ball rest at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving with crackers.
Notes
Allow the cream cheese to soften to ensure smooth mixing.
