- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup salsa
- ½ tsp chili powder (or taco seasoning, optional)
- 6 medium flour tortillas
- Cooking spray or a little butter/oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash half of the black beans and mix with remaining beans, cheese, salsa, and chili powder.
- Lay out three tortillas on the sheet and divide the filling evenly, top with remaining tortillas.
- Brush tops with oil or butter, then bake for 15-17 minutes until golden.
- Slice into wedges and serve with sour cream or salsa.
