- Cayenne Pepper (0.25 tsp)
- Plain Flour (1/4 cup)
- Eggs (2, beaten)
- Panko Breadcrumbs (1 cup)
- Vegetable Oil (6-8 tbsp)
- Feta Cheese (200 g, crumbled)
Instructions
- Combine honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes in a bowl; set aside.
- Slice chicken breasts into cutlets; season flour and Panko with spices.
- Bread chicken by dipping in flour, then eggs, and finally Panko.
- Heat oil in a skillet; fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- Preheat broiler; arrange chicken on a baking sheet and top with feta.
- Broil chicken until feta begins to soften; drizzle with honey sauce before serving.

Use raw honey for a richer taste.
Gluten-free option available by using gluten-free breadcrumbs.
