- 1 lb kielbasa sausage (sliced)

- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (16 oz) can pinto beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1 (15.25 oz) can corn (drained)
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes (do not drain)
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Combine the stew meat, kielbasa, onion, carrots, celery, and potato in a crockpot.
- Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then add the beans, corn, tomatoes, chili powder, garlic powder, and oregano. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours until beef is tender.
- For a thicker stew, mix corn starch with water and add 10 minutes before serving, cooking until desired thickness is reached.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
