Ingredients

  • mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Pour whole milk and evaporated milk into a 6-quart crockpot.
  • Add heavy cream and stir gently to combine.
  • Mix in chocolate chips and vanilla.
  • Set the crockpot to low and heat for 2-3 hours, stirring regularly during the first hour.
  • Add marshmallows 30 minutes before serving and allow to soften.
