- 3 garlic cloves (finely grated)

Instructions
- Whisk the sauce ingredients together in a medium bowl until well blended.
- Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper; sauté in heated oil until pink.
- Remove shrimp, add sauce to pan, and let bubble until slightly thickened.
- Return shrimp to the pan and coat thoroughly in the sauce, cooking for 1-2 minutes more.
