- 10 oz Rotel
- 16 oz Velveeta cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese
Instructions
- Brown the sausage in a skillet until fully cooked, breaking into crumbles.
- Drain excess grease and return sausage to skillet.
- Stir in drained Rotel and simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Melt Velveeta and cream cheese in the skillet, stirring until smooth.
- Allow to cool slightly and serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
For a lighter option, use ground turkey instead of pork sausage.
