Description

This Football Dip brings together savory sausage, creamy cheeses, and vibrant tomatoes for a delightful snack. Perfect for game days and gatherings, it’s quick and satisfying!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lb pork sausage
  • 10 oz Rotel
  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese

Instructions

  • Brown the sausage in a skillet until fully cooked, breaking into crumbles.
  • Drain excess grease and return sausage to skillet.
  • Stir in drained Rotel and simmer for a couple of minutes.
  • Melt Velveeta and cream cheese in the skillet, stirring until smooth.
  • Allow to cool slightly and serve warm with tortilla chips.

Notes

For a lighter option, use ground turkey instead of pork sausage.
Make ahead: prepare the dip a day in advance, store in the fridge, and reheat before serving.
To spice it up, add jalapeños or hot sauce according to your taste.
