- Espresso (4 shots / 4 ounces)

Instructions
- Combine maple syrup, molasses, and spices in a small bowl; thin with hot water if needed.
- Mix the gingerbread syrup with hot espresso in a bowl until well combined.
- Steam the milk until silky and warm, avoiding boiling.
- Divide the espresso mixture into mugs and pour in the steamed milk, holding back foam.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg.
Notes
