- 2 3/4 cups organic all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 Tbsp organic raw honey
- 1 packet rapid-rise yeast (about 2 ¼ tsps)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning blend
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, for brushing
- ½ – 1 cup pesto sauce
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced or cubed
- 1 Granny Smith apple, sliced
- 1/4 lb. asparagus, chopped + roasted
- 1 cup chopped kale, organic
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning blend
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios, for garnish

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 500°F and prepare a non-stick pizza pan.
- Mix warm water, honey, and yeast; let sit for 5 minutes until bubbly.
- Gradually combine flour and Italian seasoning; mix to form a soft dough.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Shape the dough into an 11-inch round and place in the oiled pizza pan.
- Spread pesto over the crust, leaving edges uncovered.
- Layer chopped kale, mozzarella, asparagus, and apple slices on top.
- Brush crust edges with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden and mozzarella is bubbly.
- Cool for 2-3 minutes, slice, and serve with Green Goddess Dressing and pistachios.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, substitute with a gluten-free flour blend.
Consider using homemade pesto for the best flavor.
