Ingredients

- 5 ounces of feta cheese
- ½ cup of greek yogurt, or yogurt of choice
- 1 avocado, pitted and removed from skin
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 ½ tablespoons of lemon juice
- ½ cup of fresh dill, packed
- ¼ cup of mint, packed
- ½ cup of green onions, lightly chopped
- â…“ cup of fresh basil, packed
- 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- ¼–½ cup of water to thin
- Salt and pepper to taste, the feta is quite salty so you may need no additional salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor or blender. You might want to leave out the salt for now since the feta is salty.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until creamy and most chunks are gone. While blending, add the olive oil slowly and blend for 30 more seconds.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper as needed. Serve and enjoy!
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days; the dip may change color slightly due to the avocado.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the consistency by adding more or less water.
Fresh herbs can be substituted based on your preference.
