  • 1/2 cup shallot (finely diced)
  • 10 ounces mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 cup demi-glace
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned; set aside.
  • Drain excess grease, then melt butter and sauté shallots for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add sliced mushrooms and cook until moisture releases, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in demi-glace; bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add heavy cream, sour cream, and Dijon; return beef to the skillet and heat through.
