Ingredients
- Frozen Tater Tots (32 ounces)
- Ground Beef (1 pound)
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese (2 cups, divided)
- Cheese Sauce (10.5 ounces)
- Taco Seasoning (1 tablespoon)
- Minced Onion (½ tablespoon)
- Fresh Cilantro (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare your crockpot by spraying the insides with nonstick cooking spray.
- Layer half of the frozen tater tots at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Mix cooked ground beef with cheese sauce, taco seasoning, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Spread the beef mixture over the tater tots evenly.
- Add the remaining tater tots on top of the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle the rest of the cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 2½ hours until bubbling and cheese is melted.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
For freezing, use a freezer-safe container and consume within 3 months.
Reheat in the microwave or oven, adding a little cheese on top for best results.
