Description

This Irish Cream Iced Coffee offers a delightful mix of chilled coffee, Guinness, and Bailey’s, resulting in a creamy, flavorful treat. Perfect for themed celebrations or cozy gatherings, it’s quick to make and utterly satisfying!


Ingredients

  • 4 ounces chilled coffee or espresso
  • 2.5 ounces guinness draught or irish whiskey
  • 0.5 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 ounces bailey's irish cream liqueur
  • whipped cream (optional)
  • cocoa powder or cinnamon (to garnish)

Instructions

  • In a glass filled with ice, combine the cold coffee, Guinness, and simple syrup.
  • Carefully pour the Irish cream over the mixture in the glass.
  • If desired, top with whipped cream and sprinkle cocoa powder or cinnamon on top.
  • Serve right away with a straw to combine the flavors.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, substitute Guinness and Bailey’s with coffee creamers.
Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
