Description

This lemon fudge offers a burst of sunshine with its creamy white chocolate and zesty lemon frosting. Perfectly sweet and tangy, it’s an easy treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag white chocolate chips
  • 1 can lemon frosting

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and spray lightly with non-stick spray.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Fold in the lemon frosting until well mixed.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish and smooth the top.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  • Lift the fudge out of the dish and cut into 36 squares.

Notes

Use high-quality white chocolate chips for best results.
To enhance lemon flavor, add fresh lemon juice or zest to the mixture.
