Ingredients

  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Butter
  • Cream cheese
  • Granulated sugar
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes
  • White chocolate
  • Heavy cream for ganache
  • Store-bought red decorating icing
  • Green sanding sugar

Instructions

  • Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a springform pan and chill.
  • Mix softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture carefully.
  • Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust and layer with Little Debbie cakes.
  • Top with remaining cheesecake mixture and chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Make the ganache with heavy cream and chopped white chocolate, stir until smooth.
  • Drizzle ganache over the chilled cheesecake, decorate with icing and green sanding sugar.
  • Chill again for 30 minutes before slicing.
