  • Brown Sugar
  • Chicken Breast or Thighs
  • White Onion
  • Carrots
  • Garlic
  • Frozen Peas
  • Cooked Rice
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Sesame Oil
  • Eggs
  • Mango
  • Olive Oil
  • Freshly Cracked Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Combine soy sauce, water, and brown sugar in a bowl; marinate chicken.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan; cook marinated chicken until browned.
  • Add garlic and butter; stir to infuse flavor, then set chicken aside.
  • Sauté onion and carrots; add peas.
  • Increase heat, add cooked rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil; stir and fry until crispy.
  • Move rice aside, scramble eggs in the pan; mix with rice.
  • Fold in cooked chicken and diced mango; serve hot.
