Instructions
- Heat oil in a Dutch oven; sauté onions and garlic until softened.
- Stir in tomato paste and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking briefly.
- Add chicken broth, cream, basil, salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper; bring to a boil and simmer for 12 minutes.
