Description

This Million Dollar Bacon Goat Cheese blends rich flavors of creamy goat cheese with crispy bacon and hints of sweetness. Perfect as a quick appetizer that impresses every time!


Ingredients

  • Goat Cheese (227 g, softened)
  • Cream Cheese (113 g, softened)
  • Honey (15 ml)
  • Chopped Bacon (120 ml, cooked crisp)
  • Chopped Pecans (30 ml)
  • Dried Cranberries (30 ml, chopped)
  • Fresh Rosemary (15 ml, minced)
  • Arugula (240 ml)
  • Crackers or Crostini

Instructions

  • Blend softened goat cheese and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Drizzle honey into the cheese mixture and fold in gently.
  • Combine chopped bacon, pecans, cranberries, and rosemary on a plate.
  • Spoon cheese mixture onto plastic wrap and shape into a log.
  • Roll the cheese log over the bacon topping mixture to coat.
  • Chill the log on a platter with arugula for 30 minutes.
  • Serve with crackers or crostini.
