- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate almond milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- mini-vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray.
- Mash enough over ripe bananas to yield 2 2/3 cups.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, chocolate almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Add the rolled oats and cocoa powder to the mixture. Stir until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the top with the desired amount of mini vegan chocolate chips.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then turn the oven off and leave the pan in the oven for an additional 20 minutes.
- After the time is up, remove the pan from the oven and allow it to cool before serving.
