Description

Savor the delightful blend of espresso and mint in these Peppermint Espresso Martinis. They’re quick to prepare and perfect for holiday celebrations and gatherings!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 oz vodka
  • 2 oz Kahlua (or coffee liqueur)
  • 3 oz fresh brewed espresso
  • 2 oz half & half
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Candy canes (crushed)
  • 6 espresso beans

Instructions

  • Prepare the martini glasses by dipping rims in chocolate syrup and rolling in crushed candy canes.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, Kahlua, cooled espresso, half & half, and peppermint extract with ice and shake well.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared glasses and garnish with espresso beans.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Adjust peppermint extract according to taste for desired sweetness.
Use very cold ingredients to maintain the drink’s chill.
