- 4 oz vodka
- 2 oz Kahlua (or coffee liqueur)
- 3 oz fresh brewed espresso
- 2 oz half & half
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
- Chocolate syrup
- Candy canes (crushed)
- 6 espresso beans
Instructions
- Prepare the martini glasses by dipping rims in chocolate syrup and rolling in crushed candy canes.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, Kahlua, cooled espresso, half & half, and peppermint extract with ice and shake well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared glasses and garnish with espresso beans.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
