Description

This Peppermint Espresso Martinis recipe combines rich espresso and refreshing peppermint for a delightful festive drink. Perfect for easy holiday celebrations!


Ingredients

  • Vodka (4 oz)
  • Kahlua (2 oz)
  • Fresh Brewed Espresso (3 oz)
  • Half & Half (2 oz)
  • Peppermint Extract (1/4 tsp)
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Candy Canes (crushed)
  • Espresso Beans (6)

Instructions

  • Prep martini glasses by rimming with chocolate syrup and crushed candy canes.
  • Fill a shaker with ice, add vodka, Kahlua, espresso, half & half, and peppermint extract, and shake for 60 seconds.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared glasses and garnish each with three espresso beans.

Notes

For a gluten-free drink, choose gluten-free vodka and dairy-free creamers.
Can substitute Kahlua with any coffee liqueur.
Try adding a sprig of mint for extra freshness.
