Description

This Savory Apple Salad combines crunchy apples, creamy blue cheese, and fresh greens for a mouthwatering dish perfect for potluck gatherings. Its vibrant flavors and simple prep make it a delightful choice for celebrating love and friendship at the office.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 3 apples
  • 1 cup salad mix
  • 1012 small croutons
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine dressings in a jar and shake until well mixed.
  • Dice apples and place in a mixing bowl with salad mix and walnuts.
  • Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste and toss again.
