Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional – more as a drizzle
  • ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup berries , or any other fruit cut into small 1-inch chunks
  • ¼ cup homemade granola, or store bought granola

Instructions

  • If using a sweetener, mix it with the greek yogurt in a small bowl until fully combined.
  • Layer the parfait by placing half of the yogurt in the bottom of a mason jar or bowl. Add half of the fruit and half of the granola on top.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, fruit, and granola.
  • Drizzle additional honey on top if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to swap fruits based on your preference or seasonal availability.
Using homemade granola enhances flavor and texture, but store-bought works well too.
