- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 cups whole milk
- 1 cup baileys® irish cream
- marshmallows or whipped cream
Instructions
- Break up the chocolate squares and add them to the slow cooker along with the other ingredients, except for the Baileys.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 1.5 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to ensure even melting.
- Once the mixture is hot, stir in the Baileys Irish Cream until well combined.
- Position mugs, whipped cream, and a bowl of marshmallows next to the slow cooker for easy serving.
- Set the slow cooker to warm and maintain for your gathering, stirring occasionally for up to 3 hours.
