Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. ghiradelli semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup baileys® irish cream
  • marshmallows or whipped cream

Instructions

  • Break up the chocolate squares and add them to the slow cooker along with the other ingredients, except for the Baileys.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 1.5 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to ensure even melting.
  • Once the mixture is hot, stir in the Baileys Irish Cream until well combined.
  • Position mugs, whipped cream, and a bowl of marshmallows next to the slow cooker for easy serving.
  • Set the slow cooker to warm and maintain for your gathering, stirring occasionally for up to 3 hours.
