Description

This Spring Brunch Board showcases hard-boiled eggs, crispy candied bacon, and a variety of fresh fruits and pastries, all beautifully arranged for a stunning presentation. Perfect for gatherings or brunch, it’s easy to assemble yet packed with flavor that will please every guest!

  • 4 eggs hard or soft boiled
  • 8 slices candied bacon
  • 8 mini belgian waffles i bought pre-made
  • 2 belgian waffles i bought pre-made
  • 4 slices raisin bread
  • 2 mini raisin bagels
  • 2 potato pancakes i bought pre-made
  • ¼ lb smoked black forest sausage
  • 1 oz smoked salmon
  • â…“ cup peanut butter
  • â…“ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 8 strawberries
  • ½ pt raspberries
  • 2 apples
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 oz cheddar cheese sliced
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 tablespoon honey for drizzling garnish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill for garnish
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Boil the eggs and cook the bacon ahead of time. Peel the boiled eggs for easy serving.
  • For candied bacon, arrange the bacon on a parchment-lined tray. Sprinkle with brown sugar, chili powder, cinnamon, and crushed red pepper flakes. Bake for 15 minutes or until crispy as desired.

Notes

Feel free to substitute any fruits or breads based on availability.
For a vegetarian option, omit the bacon and sausage.
This board can be customized with different dips or spreads according to your taste.
