Description

These Stained Glass Cookies are a festive treat that combines a buttery cookie base with colorful, melted Jolly Ranchers. Perfect for celebrations or a sweet indulgence at home!


Ingredients

  • ¾ cup unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup for dusting
  • 2 cups Jolly Ranchers candies

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  • Combine flour and salt in a separate bowl, then mix into wet ingredients until just combined.
  • Crush Jolly Rancher candies into small pieces and fold into cookie dough.
  • Shape dough into tablespoon-sized balls, flatten slightly, and place on baking sheets leaving space between cookies.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  • Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
