Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- Combine flour and salt in a separate bowl, then mix into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Crush Jolly Rancher candies into small pieces and fold into cookie dough.
- Shape dough into tablespoon-sized balls, flatten slightly, and place on baking sheets leaving space between cookies.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
