These Strawberry Cake Truffles are a flavorful treat combining strawberry cake and cream cheese, coated in chocolate. Perfect for any gathering!

- 15.25-ounce strawberry cake mix
- 8-ounce block cream cheese
- â…“ cup cream cheese chips
- 2 10-ounce bags Ghirardelli vanilla melting wafers
- ½ cup Wilton pink candy melts
- ½ cup Wilton bright pink candy melts
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread cake mix on prepared baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes; cool completely.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; fold in cooled cake mix until combined.
- Add cream cheese chips and mix gently.
- Chill dough for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Scoop and roll dough into balls, then let rest for 15 minutes on baking sheets.
- Melt vanilla wafers in a double boiler or microwave.
- Dip each dough ball in melted wafers, tap off excess, and place on parchment.
- Sprinkle on half for decoration and drizzle with melted pink candy melts on the rest.
- Let truffles cool until chocolate is set before serving.
Notes
For a different flavor, substitute the strawberry cake mix with vanilla or chocolate.
Store truffles in an airtight container for up to a week in the fridge.
Truffles can be frozen for up to 3 months; thaw before serving.
