- ½ cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
- 20 Golden Oreos
- 4 tablespoons Strawberry Gelatin (remaining)
- 4 tablespoons Salted Butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix together melted butter, eggs, cake mix, and gelatin until combined; spread in the baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden edges and set center are noted.
- Allow brownies to cool, then beat cream cheese, softened butter, vanilla, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until fluffy.
- Spread the frosting over cooled brownies, crushing the Golden Oreos and mixing them with gelatin and melted butter.
- Top the brownies with Oreo crumbs and press down gently. Slice and serve.
