  • 1 package (3.5 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups of white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Cream together softened butter, dry strawberry jello mix, and sugar until fluffy.
  • Blend in the eggs, vanilla, and almond extract until just combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together flour, dry pudding mix, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • Slowly mix dry ingredients into the butter mixture until just combined, then fold in white chocolate chips.
  • Scoop rounded balls of dough onto prepared sheets and bake for about 10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  • Let cookies cool on the sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring to racks.

Notes
