  • 2 lb peeled sweet potatoes
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • flaky sea salt for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Fill a large pot with about 4 cups of water and add a pinch of salt; bring to a boil.
  • When boiling, add the peeled sweet potatoes carefully and cook for 10 to 12 minutes until they are two-thirds cooked.
