Description

These Taco Ranch Bites are bursting with flavor and are incredibly easy to prepare. Perfect for game days or any quick snack craving, they feature a delicious mix of seasoned beef, cheese, and fresh toppings, making them a go-to for satisfying munchies.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning (or ranch dressing mix)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 24 mini tortilla scoop chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 small tomato (diced)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Salsa

Instructions

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, and water; stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); arrange tortilla chips on a baking tray and fill with beef mixture.
  • Top chips with diced tomatoes and cheese; bake for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • Garnish with cilantro; serve with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute beef with ground turkey or chicken.
Shred cheese from a block for better melting results.
