- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning (or ranch dressing mix)
- 1/4 cup water
- 24 mini tortilla scoop chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 1 small tomato (diced)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- Sour cream
- Guacamole
- Salsa
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, and water; stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); arrange tortilla chips on a baking tray and fill with beef mixture.
- Top chips with diced tomatoes and cheese; bake for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with cilantro; serve with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute beef with ground turkey or chicken.
Shred cheese from a block for better melting results.
