Description

This Turkey Tenderloin is a flavorful and easy dish made with juicy tenderloins, balsamic vinegar, and spices. Perfect for weeknight dinners or festive gatherings, it’s a delightful meal that brings warmth and joy to any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs turkey tenderloins
  • 2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp kosher coarse salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  • Mix avocado oil, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Pat turkey tenderloins dry and coat them with the marinade.
  • Roast the tenderloins in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until they reach 165°F (74°C) internally.
  • Let the meat rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serve with pan juices.
