Instructions

- Mix yeast mixture with dry ingredients until just combined.
- Let the dough rise for 8–10 hours at room temperature, covered.
- Shape and refrigerate the dough overnight after incorporating cranberries, raisins, and walnuts.
- Preheat the Dutch oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Score the dough and bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden.
- Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
