- Salt (2 teaspoons)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (149°C) and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whip egg whites and water until foamy and fluffy.
- Mix in granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt thoroughly.
- Coat pecans with the sugar mixture and spread on baking sheets.
- Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
